Lisa wanted to be a yoga teacher at the age of 18. Studying psychology on the side, she took up her friends' suggestion of taking up modeling to earn money and pay for the classes and rent. She started modeling in Australia with her first assignment being for stretch mark cream. Encouraged by her sister's modeling acts in India, she moved to India in 2007 to pursue a modeling career there.[6] In India, she has walked the ramp for Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) and HDIL-India Couture Week(HDIL-ICW). She is also the face of giant Lakmé. She has also featured in commercials for Hyundai i20, Indigo Nation and Blender's Pride. In 2010, she did a commercial opposite Hrithik Roshan.
She has featured as cover girl for major fashion magazines like Verve (March 2008, January 2011), Elle (April 2009, May 2009, May 2010, April 2011), Femina (April 2009), Harper's Bazaar (January–February 2010), FHM (August 2010) and Adorn (November–December 2010).
As a model Lisa has been recognized for her impeccable style and persona. She has been the first and the obvious choice of almost all the major fashion awards in the country. She was named the best model and the most stylish persona in Cosmopolitan Fun and Fearless Awards 2009, DNA most stylish 2009, Marie Claire best model 2010.

She was spotted by Anil Kapoor in a coffee shop and soon her agent received a phone call for a role in the movie Aisha. The movie was loosely based on the Jane Austen novel Emma and its Hollywood adaptation Clueless, and she was offered to play role of Aarti Menon, a New-York returned, white-collared, corporate yuppie. After signing the movie, she went to New York City for three months to learn method acting and also received classes on diction in Mumbai.
Haydon is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and has also trained with Shiamak Davar for five years.[citation needed] She was last seen in David Dhawan’s latest film Rascals with Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut, where she essayed a role of a female escort.

 Sunny Leone (born Karenjit Kaur Vohra; May 13, 1981) is a Canadian actress, businesswoman, model and former pornographic actress. She was named Penthouse Pet of the Year in 2003 and was a contract star for Vivid Entertainment. Named by Maxim as one of the 12 top porn stars in 2010, she has also played roles in independent mainstream films and television shows.

In 2011, she participated in the Indian reality series Bigg Boss, entering the house on day 49.However she refused to divulge her porn star status, and replied to fellow house-mate Pooja Bedi that she was a model and a TV star in America for the last ten years or so. It was reported that she has caused a stir in the larger populace with her Twitter feed gaining 8,000 new followers in just 2 days and Google saying searches for her experienced a "breakout". There have also been complaints lodged with the Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting alleging that the Colors TV channel is promoting pornography by having Leone appear on the show; among those who have filed are the Indian Artistes and Actors Forum and Anurag Thakur, member of Lok Sabha and head of the Bharatiya Janata Party's youth wing.

During her stay in the Bigg Boss house, Sunny was approached by a Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt who entered the house briefly to offer her the lead role in Jism 2 (the sequel to the 2003 film Jism starring Bipasha Basu). She accepted it, which resulted in Pooja Bhatt's production house, Fish Eye Network and Leone's agent discussing the movie further. The first look of the film Jism 2 poster was released anticipating the actress entry in Bollywood. Jism 2 was released on August 3, 2012, to poor critical and audience reception.

Sunny Leone signed her second Bollywood film which is Ekta Kapoor's Ragini MMS sequel. Ragini MMS, a crossover horror movie was one of the most talked about sleeper hits of 2011. Sunny Leone featured in an item number in the Sanjay Gupta and Ekta Kapoor's 2013 film Shootout at Wadala. After Ragini MMS, she started filming for Kaizad Gustad's Jackpot in which she plays a femme fatale.
